Booking Conditions
Morzine Momentum has taken great care with both arrangements that concern your holiday and the contents of the website. We ask you to read the following conditions carefully before returning the completed booking from. If you have any queries regarding any of the following points please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. Payment
Accompanying the signed booking form must be an initial deposit of £100 per person made payable to “Mr Phillip Hunt”. The total balance of the holiday is due no later tan ten weeks prior to the departure, if payment is not received within this period the booking maybe treated as cancelled and we reserve the right to retain the deposits which have been paid. If booking within ten weeks of departure the full amount must be sent in with the booking form.

2. Cancellation by the Client
The following cancellation will apply once notice of cancellation has been received in writing.

3. Cancellation by Morzine Momentum
In all cases, Morzine Momentum reserves the right to cancel your holiday for the dates you have reserved. This is extremely unlikely, but should this event occur you will be fully refunded. If you fail to pay the balance of the booking price or other costs before the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund to you.

4. Damage & Behaviour
Any damage to the accommodation or any property by the client whether accidental or deliberate must be paid for by the client in the chalet before departure. We reserve the right to evict from our chalet any person behaving in an inappropriate, anti-social or threatening manner. Our contractual obligations to that person will cease immediately, and we will not pay any costs incurred by that person as a result of their eviction from the chalet. Any persons not booked with Morzine Momentum can only visit guests with prior notification and permission of chalet staff, with chalet staff being present at all times. If a client is in breach of the terms and conditions Morzine Momentum reserve the right to refuse to further accommodate them and contractual obligations will be terminated immediately.

5. Amendments by Morzine Momentum
Please note that Morzine Momentum cannot pay expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation and shall not be liable for any refund should Morzine Momentum be forced to cancel or change your holiday due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, adverse weather, governmental action and similar events beyond our control.

6. Price Guarantee
Once your holiday has been booked its price will be fixed, in spite of any currency fluctuations. However, we reserve the right to amend our tariffs at any time before you make your reservation and you will be notified if any such amendment has been made.

7. Infants
Infants must be under the age of two years on date of return. An administration charge of £50 will be made for each infant. CHILDEREN: Parents must take full responsibility for the conduct and safety of their children in our chalet. Morzine Momentum will not be held responsible for any accidents occurring within the chalet, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure their children are supervised at all times.

8. Personal Belongings
Morzine Momentum accepts no liability for loss, delay in transit or damage to personal belongings. Where third parties are involved, providing transport or any other services, reference must be made to their respective terms and conditions, which apply to their obligations and liabilities. Morzine Momentum cannot under any circumstances be responsible for acts or commissions of any third party.

9. Skiing with Morzine Momentum
It is the responsibility of you and your group to judge the suitability of each area in which you ski. If you or any member of your group ski in a location on the recommendation of or accompanied by any representative of Morzine Momentum. Morzine Momentum will not be liable for any injuries howsoever caused. To ensure rapid response in the event of an accident whilst skiing you have to carry a carre neige. This does not replace the need for a full winter sports insurance policy.

10. Insurance
We do NOT provide any insurance cover. All activities undertaken by guests are at their own risk. It is the responsibility of the party leader to ensure that every member in his/her party has appropriate insurance cover, including adequate winter sports cover. We will not pay any expenses incurred as a result of inadequate insurance cover, medical or otherwise. Please ensure you bring your insurance cover documentation with you.

11. Transfers
Morzine Momentum have included the cost of your transfer to and from Geneva Airport within the overall price of your holiday. Our regular changeover day is Sunday. Upon arrival at Geneva you will be greeted by the transfer company representative, shown to your mini bus and driven directly to your chalet. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, out of Morzine Momentum and or transfer company control, such as flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, adverse weather and road conditions, you may be required to wait in the airport arrivals café area for a maximum of 1 hour. If this happens, you will be notified immediately upon arrival and kept informed of the situation by a designated representative.

If you are travelling in a smaller party, you may also be required to wait at the airport for a maximum of one hour. Alternatively a private transfer can be arranged for an additional charge.

For your return journey, it may be necessary for us to allow up to 4 hours to transport you safely to the airport, due to adverse weather conditions.

Any decisions regarding departure times from our chalet will be made by a transfer company representative in conjunction with Morzine Momentum. Morzine momentum will notify you on the evening before your departure. Transfer Company and Morzine momentum will always allow adequate time to ensure you arrive safely, and on time for your flight home.

Any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in you missing your flight should be claimed against your holiday insurance. For transfers outside our normal changeover days, and for in-correct information supplied by yourself, requiring us to arrange additional transfers at short-notice, Morzine Momentum reserve the right to charge the price quoted by the transfer company for Geneva transfers.

12. Your Occupancy of the Chalet
Occupancy of the chalet runs from 4.30pm on day of arrival until 9.30am on day of departure, so that we may clean and prepare the chalet for other guests. If guests wish to arrive earlier, please contact us and if we can facilitate this request we will endeavour to do so. For guests wishing to ski on their last day, baggage can be left in the downstairs living room and collected later. If you wish to use the facilities of the chalet after 9.30am on departure day, please contact us and if we can facilitate this request we will endeavour to do so. However, we are under no obligation whatsoever to do so. A charge of €20 per person will be made if they wish to use the chalet/have a shower or bath/ or be provided with refreshments after skiing on day of departure, as long as you do not occupy the chalet for more than two hours. Should an agreed longer occupation of chalet exceed this time, a pro-rata charge (according to the cost per person per day per week for that given week) will be made.

12 a) Transport in and around the resort
Morzine momentum provide a free transportation service in resort for your convenience, the use of this vehicle is taken entirely at your own risk and Morzine Momentum take no responsibility for death or personal injury caused through the use of this service. Please note that the use of the vehicle is provided free of charge and does not form part of the holiday cost.

We endeavour to be as flexible as possible with regard to transporting guests to and from the lifts, and will ask guests to indicate what their requirements for each day might be. However, we ask that half an hour’s notice is given before collection in the afternoon.

12 b) Outdoor shoes
No outdoor shoes are to be worn inside the chalet and must be removed in the entrance foyer. Guests are invited to bring slippers or indoor shoes for use in the chalet.

12 c) Skis and snow boards
Have to be stored in special allocated space. Boots in the foyer or boot warming room, and large ski bags in the midi chalet. They must not, under any circumstances be taken on to the first or second floors of the chalet.

12 d) Other guests in Chalet
Guests do not have the right to enter any bedrooms/bathrooms other than the ones allocated to themselves or their group, unless they have paid for sole occupancy of the chalet. Any disruption/untidiness caused to other bedrooms (including the cost of laundering any bed linen) must be paid for by the client in the chalet before departure.

12 e) Servicing of rooms
: We reserve the right not to clean/tidy bedrooms which have been left in an unacceptable state or are not vacated by 9.30am each morning.

12 f) Smoking
For health and safety reasons smoking is strictly prohibited within the chalet and company vehicles. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, using the ashtrays provided.

Privacy & Data Protection
Momentum will only use personal information for the specific purpose it was submitted. Data will not be shared with third parties.
